Inhabiting the past bonds 2022/23 (past)
Open call: Applications from December 6, 2024 to January 10, 2025
Presentation
In its second edition, the Inhabiting the Links artist residency program is launching a national call for proposals that address the intersection of ecology, corporeality, and ancestry, focusing on the relationships between agents and species that maintain the continuity of bonds between living beings, communities, and territories.
The program will support 12 individual artistic research and experimentation projects, distributed across four 28-day cycles, to be held between July 2025 and July 2026. Aiming to promote mobility, development, and the coexistence of transdisciplinary research and practices at Terra Saúva's headquarters in rural Botucatu, São Paulo, the residency offers financial support for research and production, as well as accommodation, transportation, meals, a shared studio, critical review sessions, educational activities, and experiences engaged with socio-environmental transformation.
The list of selected artists will be announced on the day.
